MOAB Sandwich
Created while camping in Moab this delicious concoction is very flexible in its ingredients. In fact, any sandwich made from more than 4 ingredients not normally mixed together could be considered a Moab sandwich in Spicygoliath parlance. Here goes…
1) Bread, well buttered
2) Layer of smoked salmon
3) Layer of shredded cheddar cheese
4) Bacon slices
5) Couple of red onion slices
6) Italian herbs
7) Melt all together in the oven
Mmmmm… Mother-Of-All-Broodjies (Afrikaans: broodjie -> sandwich)
