Snake River

img_1712Great day on the Snake River! Hoping to escape the heat we met up with Dave and Penny for a float trip on Dave’s Duckies. We launched at the Hwy22 Bridge and floated our way down to Hwy 191. It turned out to be much cooler today due to thunderstorms in the valley but it was a ton of fun just floating down stream with the occasional ferocious paddle to avoid a submerged rock or a tree. The skies were teeming with birds and we saw an Osprey and quite a few Bald Eagles.

Thanks the other pictures and the current ones work great.
Great scenery and the eagle pictures are very good! Was that burst mode to get that many good eagle pics?
