I have settled into a rhythm here in the desert. It involves waking up when the sun pours in through my windows,  make a pot of coffee and check the internet while munching a biscotti or two. Then go for a short walk in the joshua tree forest checking on the weather conditions for a possible paramotor flight later in the day. Sounds like vacation? Well, I forgot to mention the 12 hours each day in front of my computer working on that next project (that is fun too). You know that feeling when you need to finish something before year-end, and this year is speeding to its end.
Tomorrow I am leaving for California where I will put my rv in storage before Friday when I am driving to Mexico with a  couple of friends. After 5 days on the beach in Baja I have 2 weeks in Southern California before chasing the summer to South Africa until mid January.
