Towing on Lake Conroe

We spent the day at Lake Conroe towing and flying and getting sun burnt. I had a very smooth tow to 3200 ft with a grand view of the lake and surroundings. The coolest thing is to land on the island and the next pilot towing from the island again. Unfortunately it being mid-week there were no bikini babes to impress / entertain, either with a spot landing on the island or a crash landing in the lake.

Glad to see you are still doing well. Except for the trailer mishap of course. Yes many directions like that are frustratingly vauge. Their definition of ’show’ is probably until the seals start to bulge. Either that or they only care about the axles and not the brakes!
Just got back from Tahoe. Long drive. It was very hot. 113 in pearsonville with a very strong wind! The vegetation was very still so we had no clue about the wind until we went to open the explorer door and it nearly went sailing. Maybe it would have been good for your sport?? Strange to be so hot and windy.
However Tahoe, also hotter than normal, was great. Beautiful weather and beautiful water.

How is the truck holding up and working out so far??
