Hat Creek Rim

Wow. This is fun.

I am camped in the big LZ below Hat Creek Rim. Launched my paramotor around 5:30. Flew for 2 hours, using the engine only half the time. Thermalled up to 8500 ft. Landed next to the rv and now I am writing this blog entry over my broadband satellite internet while sipping a glass of wine and cooking a french rack of lamb in the oven.
