Jason, Jake, Brook and Bette were my partners on a fantastic day of canyoneering in Zion. We did Keyhole canyon followed by Pine Creek.

Spend the last 3 days on a ACA Technical Canyoneering Course in Cedar City, Utah. I now know everything about hitches and knots -  that is clover, munter and mule with the odd biner block and releasable contingency anchor thrown in. I also picked up a Piranha.
